ANNAPOLIS — The Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) reminds voters that in-person early voting in the Gubernatorial Primary Election begins tomorrow, Thursday June 11.
“Early voting is a secure and convenient option for casting your vote in the primary election,” said Jared DeMarinis, State Administrator of Elections. “We typically experience strong turnout for early voting, so I urge every Marylander considering this option to plan ahead.”
Early voting runs from Thursday, June 11 to Thursday, June 18 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. can cast a ballot. A complete list of early voting centers is available online at vote.md.gov/vote2026.
There is still time to register to vote in the primary election. Marylanders can register when they cast their vote during early voting or on Primary Election Day (Tuesday, June 23.) Make sure to bring a document that proves where you live when you attempt to vote at your local polling place or early voting center.
Early voting is one of three options to cast your ballot in this election. The other two are mail-in voting and in-person voting on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, June 23.
