A man identified as Frederick Emmett Donahue, 50, of North Beach, was arrested for disorderly conduct by Calvert County DFC K. Hall on December 31 at 3:10 p.m., when he repeatedly shouted profanities at DFC Hall while Hall was attempting to determine why Donahue was trying to enter the Senior Apartments in Chesapeake Beach.
Donahue appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
