Brooklyn Park, MD — An Upper Marlboro man has been arrested for trying to entice women to engage in prostitution.
On Thursday, detectives from the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Vice Unit learned that a man in Brooklyn Park was trying to entice women to engage in prostitution.
They identified the man and then launched an undercover investigation. As a result of this operation, Harold Carlton Hamilton, 58, of Upper Marlboro was arrested and charged with the following:

- Human-Trafficking-Entice
- Human-Trafficking-Induce
- Human Trafficking-Encourage by Promise
