On Nov. 23, Deputy First Class Joseph Labrack responded to Satchel Page Way in Leonardtown for a trespass complaint.
Wilbert A. Cowan, 30 of Leonardtown, entered upon the property of the St. Mary’s County Housing Authority after being served a notice not to trespass.
Cowan was arrested, charged with trespass and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s Count Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner
