LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On February 23, 2019, DFC. Molitor responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Donovan Warren Woody, age 31 of Lexington Park, intentionally damaged a sprinkler in the cell, causing minor flooding to the cell and holding area. Woody was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 11204-19
