Calvert County Cpl. James Wahlgren was on patrol on Dec. 24 at 7:47 p.m. in the Chesapeake Beach area.
After conducting a traffic stop on Old Bayside Road near Beach Elementary School, he found the driver to be in possession of concealed weapons, four straight-blade knives.
He arrested Paul Anthony Kinzey, 20 of Chesapeake Beach, and charged him with carrying dangerous weapons.
