Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack TFC S. Ditto responded to Eric Road on November 3rd at 12:38 a.m. for a reported burglary.
Investigation revealed that Chau V. Pham, 42, of Lexington Park, had forced open a door and entered the residence.
Mr. Pham was arrested and charged with Burglary – Fourth Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1,000.00, and Trespass on Private Property.
He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-036323)
