On Dec. 2, TFC Rossignol responded to Parkview Drive, California, for a reported domestic disturbance. At that time both subjects advised that they were arguing but no physical altercations took place.
During the investigation, Ms. Krasnesky pointed out several bruises on both her arms and leg that she claims occurred on Nov. 27, when Mr. Diangelis pushed her on to the kitchen floor.
Mr. Diangelis claims that Ms. Krasnesky was striking him on the chest and her fingernail caught his lower lip, cutting it, and he grabbed her arms to stop her.
On Friday, Dec. 9, Chong Nan Krasnesky, 41, and Vincent Mario Diangelis, 42, both of California were served with criminal summonses to appear in court to answer charges of 2nd Degree Assault, resulting from the earlier incident.
