Waldorf Man Charged For Indecent Exposure In Front Of Minor

WALDORF, Md. — A 29-year-old Waldorf man was issued a criminal summons after court documents allege he exposed himself in front of a woman and a minor child outside a home.

Christian Donovan Johnson, 29, was charged with indecent exposure and indecent exposure to a minor following the June 17, 2026, incident.

According to charging documents, the incident occurred around 11:48 a.m. at a residence in the 9700 block of Augsburg Court in Waldorf.

The victim reported she was sitting on the front porch with her minor child when Johnson, who lived on the same cul-de-sac and was known to the victims, approached them from the bottom of the staircase leading to the front porch.

Charging documents state Johnson asked for a smoke and then asked whether he could sit next to the victim. When the victim declined, Johnson allegedly backed up to the top of the staircase before exposing himself in front of the victim and her child.

The victim grabbed her child, went inside and locked the door, according to charging documents. Johnson allegedly left on foot.

A criminal summons was issued June 17.

A preliminary inquiry is set for Aug. 3 in Charles County District Court.
