On February 27 at 8:15 p.m., Calvert County Dep. Michael Economes conducted a vehicle stop on eastbound Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick. He found the driver, later identified as Timo Heikki Partanen, 27 of Churchton, to be in possession of an eight inch knife with a four inch blade and suspected drugs.
Partanen was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed dangerous weapon, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a smoking pipe.
