At 2:48 a.m. Aug. 11, St. Mary’s Sheriff deputies responded to the Hollywood Fire Department Rental Hall for a disturbance.
Police say investigation revealed that Travis Nelson, 23 of Temple Hills, had assaulted another man by kicking him several times in the head until the victim was unconscious.
Nelson was arrested and charged with Assault in the First and Second Degree. Deputy John Kirkner was the arresting officer.
