On Nov. 19, at 11:40 a.m., Daniel Alan McClure, 26 of La Plata, was arrested by Tpr. J. Gibson on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Nov. 14.
The original charges were speeding, failure to display registration card and driving on a suspended license.
McClure was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
