On September 7, 2013, members of the Lexington Park COPS Unit observed Alexandra Spencer Barnes 56 years old of Lexington Park Loitering in Millison Plaza.
Mr. Barnes who was exhibiting signs of alcohol impairment was issued a notice not to Trespass. Barnes returned to the area about ten minutes later and approached Sgt Clayton Safford holding an open box cutter style knife.
Barnes was orders at gunpoint to drop the knife for which he complied and was arrested. Barnes was charged with Trespass and Assault.
