At 3:43 p.m. Nov. 22, Cpl. R. Redmond of the Leonardtown barrack arrested Mark William Dodson, 20, of Ridge, on an arrest warrant for charges of harassment and malicious destruction of property. These charges resulted from incidents which have been occurring since July 2005.
