On January 26, Deputy M. Worrey responded to the Three Oaks Men’s Shelter in Lexington Park, for a report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed on December 31, 2009, James Calvin Morgan, 45 of no fixed address, was served a written notice not to trespass on the property of the Three Oaks Men’s Shelter. The no trespassing notice was still active.
On January 26, Morgan came to the shelter and was asked to leave. Morgan refused to leave and was arrested for trespassing.
