On April 16, at 4:20 p.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at MF Bowen Rd in Huntingtown.
Charles S. Graves, 41 of Prince Frederick, was arrested after a pair of nun-chucks were found concealed in the vehicle.
He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
