On August 4, 2015, Corporal Corcoran responded to a residence on Rogers Drive in Lexington Park for a burglary.
Multiple victims inside the home reported suspect Jeremiah Lee Logan, age 34, of Lexington Park, forced open the front door looking for a female, who was not there.
Logan then left, only to return and force the door open a second time. Logan confronted a male victim inside the home and was about to assault him when another subject pulled Logan away.
Logan was located at his nearby residence and placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 1st Degree Burglary – Home Invasion, 3rd Degree Burglary, Property Destruction, and Disorderly Conduct.
