On September 6, 2015, Corporal D. Corcoran responded to the 46000 block of Jeeter Way in California, MD, for a reported theft. The victim reported their mountain bicycle was stolen. On September 9, 2015, Corporal D. Corcoran observed the same bicycle on the ground in front of the Wawa on Three Notch Road in California. Corporal Corcoran made contact with the suspect, Eric D. Booker, age 21, of Lusby. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft under $1000 and Property Destruction.
