Indian Head, MD— POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE: On January 3 at 10:26 p.m., POII C. Chamblee initiated a traffic stop for a speed violation in the area of Hawthorne Road at Lower Wharf Road in Indian Head.
Upon making contact with the driver, Officer Chamblee observed drug paraphernalia in the driver’s door handle and located Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills along with other drugs inside the car.
Mark Anthony Burnette, 45 of Washington D.C., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to distribute.
