Marijuana Falls to the Ground as Officer Looks On

On April 21, 2010, Deputy Cory Ellis and Deputy Michael Boyer responded to a residence in Lexington Park for a disturbance. 

Upon arrival, Deputy Ellis learned Joshua J. Yates, 20 of Lexington Park, had become involved in a disagreement with the home owner.  Yates agreed to leave however, while Yates was entering a vehicle, Deputy Boyer observed a bag containing suspected Marijuana fall to the ground. 

Yates was arrested and charged with possession of Marijuana.
