Drug Arrest – On Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 5:00 pm, Cpl. Hunt responded to the 43000 block of Yellow Wood Way for a check welfare.  Cpl. Hunt made contact with the complainant, who advised that Adam Thomas Wilkins, 19, of California, had admitted to using CDS and was acting lethargic and unresponsive.  Mr. Wilkins refused medical treatment and was arrested for CDS Possession – Not Marijuana and CDS Possess Paraphernalia.  He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. Drug Arrest – On Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 9:56 am, Tpr. A. Oyler initiated a traffic stop on a blue passenger car on Rue Purchase Road at the Wawa.  A probable cause search was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS.  The passenger, Mark Anthony Davis, 23, of  Gaithersburg, was arrested and charged with CDS Possession – Marijuana.  He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released. Drug Arrest – On Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 6:46 pm, TFC E. Mersman initiated a traffic stop on a silver truck on Route 237 and Rutherford Drive.  The driver, Artareihk Denaudre Knight, 37, of Capitol Heights, advised TFC Mersman that he had CDS in the vehicle.  A probable cause search was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS.  Mr. Knight was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS – Marijuana.  The passenger, Lashawn Bernice Kyle, 44, of Capitol Heights, was also arrested and charged with Possession of CDS – Marijuana.  Both suspects were transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.  (14-MSP-031603)
