Laurel, MD — The Maryland Transportation Transportation Authority wants to show all of the motorists who use MDTA toll facilities that they appreciate their business.
That’s why they’re hosting a Customer Appreciation event on Saturday, September 21 at the Intercounty Connector (ICC)/MD 200 facility, 13201 Konterra Drive in Laurel.
Customers who use MDTA toll facilities, as well as MDTA contractors and vendors and neighbors who live close to the ICC, are invited to this free community event, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will feature demonstrations from the MDTA Police K-9s, a chance to meet McGruff the Crime Dog, displays of the heavy equipment used in the maintenance of MDTA facilities, and the chance to sign up for an E-ZPass, and participate in various live events.
Hot dogs will be available. There will also be information about MDTA job recruitment and contracting opportunities.
