On Feb. 27, at 7:18 p.m., Trooper Williams stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Route 402 in Prince Frederick.
The driver, James E. Wade, III, 18 of California, was found to be in possession of marijuana. The passenger, Andre A. Montgomery, 31 of Lexington Park, was found to be in possession of Cocaine and Oxycodone. Both suspects had outstanding warrants.
They were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
