CALIFORNIA, Md. – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Ferrall IV, an 18-year-old white male.
He was last seen in the area of Western Branch Lane in California, Maryland, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
