At 4:25 p.m. Jan. 10, Tpr. K. Shughart of the Leonardtown barrack arrested Mark Wayne Williams, 38, of Leonardtown, on an open warrant for failing to appear in court to answer to charges of DUI and Driving on a suspended license. Williams was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3500 bond.
At 9 a.m. Jan. 11, Tpr. M. Grimes arrested Germaine Dewitt Dyson, 28, of Lexington Park, on an open warrant for Possession of Marijuana. He was taken to the Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
At 5:30 p.m. Jan. 11 Tpr. K. Shughart arrested William Joseph Kuykendall, 25, of Lexington Park, on an open warrant for Malicious Destruction of Property. He was taken to the Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
At 12:50 a.m. Jan. 14, TFC S. VanBennekum arrested Jason Lee McMahan, 25, of Callaway, on two open warrants, both for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to charges of driving on a suspended license and privilege. McMahan was taken to the Detention Center and held until posting a $7000 bond.
At 2:15 p.m. Jan. 14, TFC F. Dolinger and Tpr. E. Evans arrested Frederick Charles Rupertis III, 39, of Hollywood, on two open warrants. The first warrant was for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a 2nd degree assault charge. The second warrant was for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to charges of possession of CDS, driving on a suspended license and privilege, and driving on a revoked license and privilege. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held without bail on both warrants.
