PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – On September 30, 2018 Deputy Ridgely responded to the Super 8 Motel in Prince Frederick for the report of a disorderly subject.
The suspect, John Francis America (58), was yelling and cursing in the lobby because the front desk employee would not give him more pillows. The employee agreed that America could stay if he went to his room and did not come out for the rest of the night.
A few minutes after being escorted to his room, America came back out and attempted to speak with the front desk employee again.
America was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey Lawful Order.
