On Nov. 16, at 5:41 p.m., TFC C. M. Evans responded to the 36000 block of Mill Point Road in Chaptico for the reported Malicious Destruction of Property to a motor vehicle.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 34 of Great Mills, who advised her 12-year-old son punched and damaged the left rear quarter panel of her green Ford Expedition.
The male juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released to his mother pending further action from Juvenile Services.
