On Dec. 5, at approximately 12 p.m. a 2004 Ford Focus driven by Kenneth Russell Dement, 74 of Tall Timbers, was traveling northbound on Three Notch Road approaching By the Mill Road in California when it was struck in the rear by a 2003 Dodge Dakota.
The Dodge Dakota was driven by William James Doyle, 48 of Waldorf, also traveling northbound on Three Notch Road behind Dement’s vehicle. Investigations revealed that Dement was slowing when Doyle ran into the rear of his car.
After being examined by first responders at the scene, both drivers signed refusals and no one was transported to the Hospital. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. An inquiry to Commissioners’ Office revealed that Dement is in good health and will attend the Commissioners’ Meeting as usual on Tuesday.
