Update (5:18 p.m.): Motor vehicle collision with entrapment reported

Update (5:17 p.m.): An assessment of the patient on scene indicates the patient requires advanced medical care and is to be flown by medical helicopter to a local trauma center. All lanes of traffic are open. However, exercise caution in the area. 

Valley Lee, MD (4:52 p.m.)— Motor vehicle collision with an entrapment has been reported at Piney Point Road and Blake Creek Road.
