Disorderly Conduct โ€“ On Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 5:44am, TFC M. B. Adams responded to the Emergency Room at St. Maryโ€™s Hospital for a reported disorderly subject. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 40, of Lexington Park who advised that there was a female subject unsatisfied with her emergency room treatment and discharge and subsequently causing a disturbance at the hospital. TFC Adams made contact with the subject, identified as Barbara Lorie Leonard-Mendoza, 49, of Charlotte Hall, and offered assistance in locating Ms. Leonard-Mendoza a ride in order to vacate the premises. Ms. Leonard-Mendoza was irate, yelling and screaming profanities, TFC Adams advised her multiple times to cease causing a disturbance and to make arrangements to leave the property. After failing to obey orders given by TFC Adams, Ms. Leonard-Mendoza was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center. Ms. Leonard-Mendoza was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner

Drug Arrest โ€“ On Friday, May 13, 2011 at 1:25am, TFC N. E. Gresko initiated a traffic stop on a blue Chevrolet in the area of Maryland Route 237 and Hickory Hills Shopping Center for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the operator, TFC Gresko received a license identifying the operator as Francis Earl Young, 20, of Brandywine. A MVA and NCIC query revealed the Mr. Young was operating on a suspended license, and also had an outstanding warrant. Subsequently, Mr. Young was arrested, a search incident to arrest revealed that Mr. Young was in possession of CDS โ€“ Oxycodone. The warrant was issued for Mr. Youngโ€™s arrest with an original charge of Theft Less Than $1000.00 Value on April 26, 2011 by the District Court of Charles County. Mr. Young was served on the outstanding warrant (T3-14944) and charged accordingly on the CDS Possession at the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
