Disorderly Conduct – On Friday, October 11, 2013 at 4:56 pm, Tpr W. Couter responded to the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Lexington Park, Maryland for a disturbance. Upon arrival, he made contact with the store manager, who advised that Alvin Thomas, 52, of Lexington Park was causing a disturbance inside and outside of the store. Deputies with the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office had previously responded to numerous businesses in Lexington Park for Mr. Thomas acting in a disorderly manner. Mr. Thomas was placed under arrest and transported to the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and later released. (13-82-010059)
Domestic Assault – On Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 9:42 am, Tpr B. Weber responded to the 24000 block of Steve Uhler Road, Hollywood for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that Rebbecca Annastasya Douglass, 19, of Hollywood had engaged in an altercation with a female victim at the residence and assaulted the victim. Ms. Douglass was arrested for Assault Second Degree and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. Warrant Service – On Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 10:07 pm, Tpr K. Baker served a Bench Warrant (T3-16202) on Michael Wayne McNeil, 20, of California. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County for driving while suspended on October 9, 2013. Mr. McNeil was located in California, MD. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was served and is held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1382010186)
