Possession of Oxycodone and Suboxone – On 02/14/2020,  At 11:30 am, Trooper First Class Costello and Trooper Emerson stopped a vehicle on Mesa Trail in the area of Thunderbird Drive, Lusby, for traffic violations. Once contact was made with the operator and passenger, Trooper First Class Costello and Trooper Emerson requested a K9 scan to be conducted on the vehicle. The K9 scan yielded a positive alert and a probable cause search revealed Oxycodone, Suboxone, and paraphernalia. Both the driver, Amanda Lynn Fenwick, 35, of Lusby, MD and passenger, Whitney Anne Arnold, 33, of Mechanicsville, MD, were arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center. All Oxycodone, Suboxone and paraphernalia were processed and packaged at the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack.

Warrant Service – On 2/11/2020, Trooper First Class Matthews and Trooper Brown responded to the Calvert County Detention Center to make contact with Edwin Stanford Foote, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Foote was located and served the warrant without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/12/2020, Trooper First Class Matthews and Trooper Brown responded to the Calvert County District Courthouse to make contact with Heather Rozella Johnson, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Johnson was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/13/2020, Trooper White responded to the Calvert-Arundel Medical Center, Owings, to meet an Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s Deputy in reference to Robert Lee Commodore, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Commodore was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/14/2020, Trooper Fraser responded to the 400 block of Bafford Rd., Lusby, to make contact with James Edward Gray, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Gray was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/14/2020, Trooper Fraser responded to the Calvert County District Courthouse to make contact with Lashley Harold Mann, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Mann was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/16/2020, Trooper First Class Marsch responded to the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack to make contact with Dante Michael Lane, who had an active warrant through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Lane was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.

Warrant Service – On 02/16/2020, Trooper First Class Matthews, Trooper Brown, and Trooper Strong responded to the 800 block of Solomons Island Rd., Prince Frederick to make contact with Keith Maxie Stepney, 3rd, who had multiple active warrants through the Maryland State Police, Prince Frederick Barrack. Stepney was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where the warrant was served without incident.
