Homicide by Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol; Negligent Manslaughter By Auto
On Dec. 18, George Michael Bowes, Jr., 31 of Hollywood, was served with an arrest warrant and Grand Jury Indictment for the July 25, motor vehicle collision which resulted in the death of Russell Edward Wenzel.
Bowes was released from the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on Dec. 18, after posting a $100,000 bond.
