On February 18, at 12:37 a.m., Tpr. M. J. Pitcher responded to the 15000 block of Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes for the reported prowler.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 39 of St. Inigoes, who advised she heard a noise outside her residence. She observed that an unknown male subject kicked in the door to a residence next door and tried kicking in her door. The suspect was observed on Trappe Road and later identified as Justin Matthew Clausen, 21 of Lexington Park.
Clausen was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and Public Intoxication. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
