On June 4 at 4:30 a.m., officers responded to the 12000 block of Willow View Place in Waldorf for the report of a prowler.
When officers arrived, they located the suspect, Juan Alexander Felder, 22 of Waldorf. A check revealed Felder was not supposed to be in the area and he was in violation of a protective order. As he was being placed under arrest, Felder pushed one of the officers to the ground and attempted to flee.
He was subdued and subsequently charged with violating a protective order, assault and resisting arrest. Officer M. Smith made the arrest.
