On April 19, at 11:53 p.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 260 at Skinners Turn Road in Dunkirk.
An odor of marijuana was detected and a search revealed marijuana in the vehicle.
Jack Leonard, Jr., 27 of Upper Marlboro, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
