On March 8, at 12:35 a.m., Colin Andrew McNamara, 18 of Catonsville, was arrested by Tpr. J. S. Gibson for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a CDS smoking device.
McNamara was operating a silver Volkswagen Jetta on Point Lookout Road when he was stopped on Rosecroft Road in St. Mary’s City for a routine traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, McNamara an odor of burnt Marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. McNamara was found to be in possession of a baggie of Marijuana and a CDS smoking device.
He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
