On August 20 at 12:35 a.m., officers responded to a citizen’s complaint of disorderly subjects near the 2000 block of Nike Drive in Waldorf.
Upon arrival, one subject fled. Officers made contact with the other subject, Raymond Harry Warren, Jr., 27 of Waldorf, and noticed several small bags of marijuana on the trunk of the car where he was standing. Officers also found a bag containing suspected marijuana and cocaine on Warren. He was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute.
The investigation is on-going. Officer R. Bagley made the arrest.
