Maryland State Fire Marshalls are investigating a house fire in St. Inigoes on Nov. 29.
The fire broke out Sunday evening around 7:28 p.m., at 47401 Beachville Road in a single story wood frame single family dwelling.
Rescue crews arrived on the scene to discover a fire in the utility room of the home. Over 30 firefighters from Ridge, Bay District and Seventh District responded to the scene.
No injuries were reported.
Investigation revealed the fire was accidental as a result of a malfunctioning propane water heater.
Damage estimate rings in at $50,000.
