TheBAYNET.com reported on Nov. 26 an accident that closed a portion of northbound State Rt. 235 with one victim being flown to PG Shock Trauma with life threatening injuries. TBN has learned that the elderly female victim has succumbed to her injuries and died.

Around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 26, two vehicles involved in a serious accident had northbound Route 235 shut down at Beck Road in Hollywood.
Units arrived on the scene to find two vehicles involved, three people injured, including a 76-year-old female that was trapped.
It took rescue crews about 15 minutes to extricate the trapped victim. That patient was flown to PG Shock Trauma for their injuries. Two additional patients were transported by ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No word on the cause of the crash.
