PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. – An extensive investigation led by the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Organized Retail Theft Task Force has resulted in charges against multiple suspects involved in a multi-jurisdiction theft ring. This case was investigated in conjunction with Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office – District of Maryland.
Six suspects involved in this theft ring are currently in custody. They are 30-year-old Daryl Michael Jackson of Washington, DC, 25-year-old Cyan Rocke of Capitol Heights, 37-year-old Marco Morgan of Washington, DC, 31-year-old Tia Courtney of Capitol Heights, 26-year-old Chyna Parker of Suitland and 22-year-old Quasaan Parker of Suitland.
The investigation into this theft scheme began in February of 2025 after a series of retail thefts in the county. When the PGPD’s Organized Retail Theft Task Force was created in February of 2026, this investigation expanded to multiple states including Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
A team of PGPD detectives dedicated hundreds of hours investigating this organized retail theft ring. Preliminarily, it’s believed the suspects targeted more than100 businesses, stealing from many of those businesses more than once. Detectives estimate the suspects stole more than $500,000 worth of merchandise. The suspects would then sell the stolen items on social media or in private sales.
On Monday morning, the PGPD, along with Maryland State Police, the Metropolitan Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations executed six search warrants simultaneously in both Maryland and Washington, DC. Approximately $20,000 worth of stolen merchandise was recovered with attached security tags.
The PGPD is grateful for the partnership of the Prince George’s County’s State’s Attorney’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office – District of Maryland, Maryland State Police, Homeland Security Investigations, Metropolitan Police Department and the Arlington County Police Department on this investigation.
