At 1:30 pm on Friday, Feb. 17, Tpr. E. Evans responded to an address in California for a reported violation of a protective order.
The victim advised that a protective order had been issued on February 14, 2006 stating that frank Edward Dorsey Jr., 29, of Chestertown MD, was not to have any contact with her.
The woman stated that she had just appeared in court for a final protective order hearing. When she exited that courthouse, Dorsey confronted her and made threatening remarks.
The case is continuing with charges pending.
