On January 6, 2011 at 5:16 p.m., Tpr. E. T. Reuschling responded to the 21000 block of Cabot Place in Lexington Park for a reported Violation of Protective Order.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 33, of Lexington Park who advised Ronald Eugene Gordon, Jr., 34, of Hollywood was in violation of an active protective order on a continuous basis. The complainant provided documentation of the violations. Upon verifying the validity of the order, Tpr. Reuschling with the assistance of TFC E. J. Page responded to the 41000 block of Satchel Paige Way in Hollywood to make contact with Mr. Gordon.
Gordon was ultimately arrested for the violation of the order. A search of Gordon’s person upon arrival at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center revealed that he was in Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana.
Gordon was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
