On July 18, Hans Ernst Hunziker, IV, 30 of Lexington Park, was served with Interim Protective Order ordering Hunziker not to contact or attempt to contact the petitioner of the order by any means. On July 19, Hunziker attemped to contact the petitioner of the order through a third party. Hunziker was arrested for violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
On September 10, 2009 Ronald Lee Hartley, 24 Lexington Park, was served with a Protective Order ordering no contact between Hartley and the petitioner of the order. On July 19 Corporal Moritz was patrolling the area of Flower Drive in Lexington Park, Maryland and observed Hartley speaking with the petitioner of the protective order. Corporal Moritz is familiar with Hartley and the petitioner of the order. Corporal Moritz verified the Protective Order was still in effect. Hartley was arrested for violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
