Leonardtown, Md. – A quick reminder that tonight, Wednesday, February 26th at 6:30 p.m. is the first meeting of the Revision of the St. Mary’s County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. The meeting is being held in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Chesapeake Building, 41770 Baldridge St, Leonardtown MD 20650.
When you enter the building, please remember to stop and sign in on the left side of the doors. This allows us a list of those attending and a good reference to answer ideas and questions brought to our attention.
The two links that you will find the Ordinances at are the https://www.stmarysmd.com/docs/CZO.pdf and https://www.stmarysmd.com/docs/SubDivisionOrdinance_4_3_2018.pdf . Because these two links are approximately 500 typed pages we will not have hard copies of the Ordinances as handouts. However, if you have the “yellow” book please feel free to bring it with you to each meeting.
