Last Thursday my friend was shopping at Wal-Mart in Prince Frederick with her two-year old son. After she put him in his car seat she preceded only two parking spaces over to return her cart to the cart storage area.
When she walked around to the drivers side of her car to leave, a man (described as 19-23 yr old White Male driving a standard cab pick-up truck similar to a Ford Ranger but unsure of make and model) asked her for directions to Route 2. She turned around and in the spirit of the holidays she preceded to tell him how to get there she noticed movement in his arms. As she looked she saw that he was exposed and masturbating to her telling him directions!
She yelled, “Oh my God what are you doing?” He replied, “What did I offend you?” She said, “You are disgusting.”
She got in her car to leave and he pulled off. She watched in disgust as he made it look like he was leaving to go to Route 2 but then U-turned into the Wendy’s parking lot and came back in to the Wal-Mart parking lot. She immediately called the cops and gave the above referenced description. She was so upset that her son was in the car she didn’t think to get the tag number.
After she left, the police called her to come back because there were a lot of vehicles fitting that description in the parking lot. Of course, he was gone.
The police informed her that she was not the first to call in on this guy, that he had targeted other women at Giant, K-Mart, and other shopping facilities in the Prince Frederick area.
So if a man fitting the description above asks for directions get his tag number and call the police. Hopefully, he will not be exposed!
