Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack Trooper First Class Esnes responded to assist a Sheriff’s Deputy on Chesapeake Ave in Prince Frederick on June 29th at 7:01 p.m., with a subject reported as suffering from cardiac arrest.

It was determined that the person was not having a medical emergency, but was exhibiting difficult in maintaining his balance due to his level of impairment.ย 

While assisting, Tracie E. Butler 33, of Prince Frederick responded to the scene and Oxycodone was sitting in plain view in her vehicle.ย 

She was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
