HUGHESVILLE, Md. — Emergency personnel responded to Leonardtown Road near Old Leonardtown Road, by the Harley-Davidson dealer, at about 8:28 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, for a reported rollover crash with possible entrapment. A 911 caller said the vehicle rolled several times and the driver was still inside.
Crews arrived to find the vehicle on its roof and reported no one was trapped. EMS evaluated one patient at the scene and transported them to UM Capital Region Medical Center in stable condition.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
