PASADENA, Md. — Tina Lorie Ford, 46, of Dundalk, was arrested on April 8 in Pasadena, Md., after a dispute involving an alleged peace order violation escalated into a broader legal confrontation involving multiple charges across two Maryland counties.
According to court records, Anne Arundel County police responded to a call from Ford, who reported being locked out of her RV parked at a residence in the 600 block of Center Street in Pasadena. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the homeowner, who informed authorities that she had secured a peace order against Ford, barring her from the property entirely, including the yard and surrounding grounds.
The homeowner accused Ford of repeatedly trespassing and leaving trash and miscellaneous items on her porch—actions explicitly prohibited by the active peace order. After verifying the order through official channels, officers determined Ford was in violation and placed her under arrest.
A subsequent records check revealed an outstanding warrant for Ford in St. Mary’s County related to charges of second-degree assault and indecent exposure dating back to April 2024. Ford had previously pleaded guilty in September 2024 to assault and one count of indecent exposure, resulting in suspended sentences and probation.
Following her arrest, Ford was transported to the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Annapolis for booking and processing. She was initially released after posting an unsecured personal bond of $500. However, due to the outstanding St. Mary’s County warrant, she remained held pending further proceedings.
At a bail review hearing on April 10, presided over by Judge Karen Christy Holt Chesser in St. Mary’s County District Court, Ford was ordered held without bond pending a competency hearing scheduled for April 22 and a probation violation hearing set for May 20.
Ford faces misdemeanor charges in Anne Arundel County for violating the peace order. Her trial is scheduled for June 4 at the Annapolis District Court.
