POMFRET, Md. – On March 9, school administrators at Maurice McDonough High School discovered a student, age 16, was in possession of a THC vape. Further investigation revealed that student received the vape from another student, age 17.

Four vaping devices, a knife, and a jar with a small amount of cannabis were recovered from the 17-year-old student’s locker. The 16-year-old student was charged on a civil citation with possession of cannabis. 

Drug distribution and other related charges are pending for the 17-year-old. Both students will receive school consequences for violating the student code of conduct for Charles County Public Schools.

  1. The State needs to open more stores that sell cannabis. That way it will be more readily available to school children when they get home to their baby momma’s house.

    1. That’s ridiculous they just need to hand them out for free like tampons in the boys bathroom.
